1. Wrap a measuring tape or a piece of string loosely around the wrist at the wrist bone. Mark the spot where the ends meet. The reading on the tape or on a yardstick or ruler while laying the string against it will indicate your wrist size.
2. After obtaining a measurement of the basic wrist circumference, add 1/2" to 1 1/4"(or 1 cm to 2 cm) to that measurement to allow for movement and flexibility. (Note: We recommend that you add 1/2" to your wrist size to get the bracelet size)
